Looking towards the 20 year mark this year…
By Jenny | February 3, 2007
We are looking forward to our 20 year anniversary later this year. It is amazing to me to think of what we thought marriage would be, and how much better it has been than we thought. It has not been easy, by any stretch, but the companionship we have now is good.
It is also a blessing to see the children, and how good it has been because of them. We are thankful to have, in some ways, grown up with them. They have been a great group of people. ![]()

So… wow. I can’t believe that! Awesome and congratulations! 20 years + 6 Godly kids later… yeah, I’d say that’s 20 years of dedicated hard work! Think about this though… in 10 years, you might be grandparents! WAHOO!!!
It was good seeing Cori again. She’s just like you, Jen. She even talks with your inflections! It’s nuts! She’s tall too… what the heck! AH!!!
:). We miss you guys. Well, beck and I do. Annie doesn’t really know what she’s missing.

Hey, Jai! Hey, Beck! Hey, Little Annie!
Wow, I am so glad you got to see Cori. She mentioned to me that she was so excited to see you and meet Annie.
And, yes, I suspect we will be grandparents…lol
Also, Jai, I could not help but think of you the other night. We had a young (20) couple over for dinner, and the guy sat next to William. Well, there is good ‘ol Will, chowing down his spaghetti and pretty much getting it all over his face, his shoulder, etc. At one point, he was talking and moving his hands at the same time he was holding a spoon with spaghetti on it. The end result was a spaghetti noodle flying over to this guy, and ending up on his plate. The guy casually picked it up, and flung it right back on Will’s plate! It was so Jai-like, I cracked up. Remember the mac and cheese days??
We love you and miss you too!
