On potty training
By Jenny | January 28, 2006
I have one thing to say to all of you about potty training:
Be glad you are not doing it today.
That is all I have to say about it. Even as this little blond guy is begging me right now as I write, “Mommy, please can I have something to eat?”, and looking at me with Jode’s blue eyes back at me. Sigh. I am suddenly reminded that I have lived moments where I thought I might not potty train him ever. Somehow, it oddly adds up to my being thankful that I AM the one doing it today.
Life is weird.
